A RIVAGE EASY CHAIR AS A PRIZE FOR THE BRAND'S 30TH ANNIVERSARY.
 

The high traffic in Ritzwell’s stand during the Salone del Mobile. Milano 2022 decreed the success of a new exhibition formula launched by the Japanese brand in which the sophisticated “total living” furniture pieces shared the stage with the live work of a group of highly skilled craftsmen who were busy producing two of the brand’s iconic pieces. A practical demonstration of the elaborate skills needed to create these impeccable products. The workshop in fact offered the many interested visitors of the stand a valuable testimony of the qualitative value and high craftsmanship that has always distinguished Ritzwell’s products. On this important occasion, the company also celebrated its 30 years in business by launching a lottery where the first prize was a Rivage Easy Chair produced in limited edition. The winning ticket is n° 2924.

Founded in 1992 in Fukuoka, on the northern coast of the island of Kyushu, Ritzwell has grown into an important contemporary Japanese furniture manufacturer and is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. Ritzwell's anniversary celebrates a history of passion, research, and success. Since its first participation at the Salone del Mobile in Milan in 2008, the company - which has received several prestigious awards over the years - has been able to conquer international markets without ever straying from its values, which seek to reach a synthesis between the fundamentals of Japanese philosophy and an essential formal language responding to contemporary taste.

With the construction of the Itoshima Seaside Factory in 2019, a new production site in Itoshima City - near Fukuoka, and the inauguration of the Omotesando Shop & Atelier in January 2022, in the splendid urban forest of Nonoaoyama (Tokyo), Ritzwell reasserts its propensity to surround itself with nature, to stay in line with the brand’s philosophy which has always drawn inspiration from the genius loci and from the traditions of local craftsmanship.
